Butterfield Cayon

We decide to take a Sunday drive and went up to Butterflied Canyon. It was so beautiful. It over looks the whole Salt Lake Valley and Kennicott Copper Mine.

Weston thought he could throw rocks into the mine.
As we where coming down the canyon we saw tons of deer. Dad this picture is just for you. Both of the boys thought that they deer where really cool.

Our House

We are at the next stage of the building process.

The whole exterior is 95 % done. They only have a few of the gutters to do.

The workers laid the tile this week in the bathrooms and around the fireplace. We have our wood floors, carpet, light fixtures, plumbing, and cabinets left to do. Oh and plus Chris crazy amount of low voltage. We have over 5,000 ft of all different kinds of low voltage cable in our house. We will be working on that even after we move in.

We also got the doors put on. I am totally in love with the doors. We are getting excited and can't wait until we can move in. We have been going to our ward and we really like it. They just split the ward and they will have to split it again in about a year. The growth is amazing and we are excited to be apart of it all.

Fishing and Flying

Fishing

Weston loves to go fly fishing. Papa Liston got him hooked onto it. This picture was taken a few weeks ago in CA. We went camping with papa and Fly Fishing on the clarks fork. Papa loves to come to UT and take the boys fishing.

Flying

Weston also loves airplanes and Helicopters. Good thing both papas have flying in there blood. Papa Martin came down to visit and took the boys to the airplane museum at Hill air force base. He was able to show the kids what kind of Helicopter he flew in the military. The boys got a kick out if it but I think papa got a bigger kick out of showing the boys all of the planes and helicopters.

Fly fishing

Weston has decide that he only like to fly fish. He does not like the other kind of fishing he has told me. This is a picture take at a fly fishing pond in Ogden. Weston loves to go to the ponds a fish.

New pictures of the boys

I got there pictures taken last week and just got them back. Thought I would share them with everyone.
Little Carter loves baseball. This was the last shot that the lady got of him. I think that it is my favorite.
Of course at least one of them had to be hamming it up.

I have joined the crowed

I have joined the crowed and started bloging.

So life for us has been going well. We are getting close to our closing date on our house. It has gone by really fast and we are looking forward to getting into our house. It has been crazy living in a 12x25 foot space with my whole family.

Weston starts Kindergarten next month. He is getting excited but to tell you the truth I think I am more excited than he is.

Cater just turned two this month. He keeps me very busy. He loves to copy Weston and to tease him.

Chris is doing well. He has been really busy this summer with the Mormon Tabernacle choir tour. He had the time of his life. It was his dream come true.

As for me I am just having fun with all of my boys and loving life. We went wake boarding with your friends. I was very proud of myself because I was able to get up and do it. I have never been able to water ski so this was a big for me.
